We received a letter from United Online Collections Division about a past due NetZero account. The amazing part: We have never been a member of netzero, nor have we ever signed up. The only option is to put in your credit card with expiration date and authorized signature and then send it in to stop the collection process.
This is a clear rip off and a social engineering trick! We do not have an account with netzero, nor have we ever. I'm also reporting this to our State's Attorney General, and everywhere else. These people need to be put out of business.
