Select Portfolio Servicing refused to work with me to keep my property. I have owned this property since 1985. Select purchased this property from Fairbanks Capital.
I recently divorced and sent several letters to request assistance with keeping the property. I even sent a payment of over 4000.00 in an attempt to bring the mortgage. The payment was returned to me. They have added numerous fees to the account. They have neglected the property. The property has been vandalized and neglected.
They have now turned this account over to collection agency. The balance is now 9000.00 more than it was.
I have read other usacomplaints.com and this company appears to be notorius from milking people for fees.
I have contacted several agencies to investigate predatory lending practices.
