The site was down and I tried for several hours but it was still down. Then when I remembered it later, I paid it at 12:02 AM and was charged a late charge of $29.00 which put me over the limit and I was also charged an over the limit fee of $39.00. I called the next day and spoke to customer service and they said since I was in good standing they would remove the 2 fees. A few days later I see they not only kept the 2 fees on but they added an additional late and over the limit fee which made me owe them an additional $136.00 which they demanded in full immediately. Now for a $500.00 credit card I now owe them over $750.00 which are the charges for 2 months. This is ridiculous. I pay my bills every month on time and for them to do this is incalled for. They keep calling me as early as 7 AM and I have told them repeatedly to take my bill below $500.00 and I will gladly pay it off but they refuse to do this and want all these additional fees.
