Forclosure, no notice, made all payments, they said I DID not gave them a 6,000 check

No warning to forclosure last dec. 14... Gave check for 6,000, one personal check to monica scholl 11834-401w. Valley ave homewood ala. 35209
i received no, none nothing of any legal recall to this case... Attorney fees ect.
