We've a mortgage with choice one as well as in may we owed 2 funds. We were just ready to deliver one plus they cashed the check, it removed our lender, then 3 months later they released us a check within the cost quantity and delivered it to us and at that time that triggered us to owe 3 funds. They required the entire quantity and we snet it plus they delivered the check stating it had been each day overdue and started forclosure. We'd to signal an arrangement to pay for one more $400 per month for 7 weeks for reinstatement. It appears illegitimate they might cash our check, maintain it for 3 months, return their check and begin forclosure and today cost us an additional $3000. Is that this legal?
