Grace williams contacted me via telephone in reguards to saving my home from forclosure she stated she was from the NOTICE OF HUD RELIEF HOME PRESERVATION. She stated that the forclosure process would stop and my loan would be reset if i sent her paperwork that had personnal information on it as well as a check for $2,271.57 this was to cover the cost of modifying my loan. Once they recieved the money i have yet to hear from them again as of this date my home is still in the forclosure process and I am without my money. I would like to have my money returned.
