Yours truly recently moved; thought I'd given proper notice of new mailing address. Company in question failed to send August statement, billed me late fees, penalties, disabled my card for use, is, as I write, not giving credit for personal check sent to their listed payment mailing address. Both Customer service address AND payment address are PO Box #s, one in Atlanta, GA, the other in Newark, NJ.
Customer service is polite on the phone, but offers absolutely no prospect of resolution. I'm unsure whether stopping payment on the check worth trouble, but may do it anyway. Need all the help I can get.
Other personal circumstances leave little to no room to maneuver.
