Stay away! Bad service. Illegal practices

This company does not abide by the Fair Debt Collection Act. They continue to contact us at our places of employment despite acknowledging receipt of letter requesting this practice to end. They acknowledge calling at work after receiving said letter.
They also do not abide by the 10 day grace period that was agreed upon in our car Note. They begin calling to collect the day it is due. They also charge a late fee before the grace period is over.
They have changed our due date without notification other than our monthly statement. Our Note was signed with one date but they changed it twice.
Lastly, like other people I have found that they have taken money from my bank account without authorization. THis caused us to make two payments in one month. When I called them to inquire they said I cannot prove that I did not authorize it. They were unwilling or unable to provide a recording of the call.
Their customer service stinks. They require you to verify all of your contact information before they will speak with you. They have hung up on me when I get even a little arguementative. I am not an unreasonable person and never cuss or berate those who I do business with but am treated as though I am when I ask to speak to a manager.
I have also filed a complaint with the FTC and will pursue a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
