As a single woman with a wonderful business at the time, Fred Campbell was reconmened to me, as being the professtional person who could help us with out projet. He instructed me as to what kind of money I had to come up with to give him and it was cash up front. Needless to say, I told him and his people, that I would only do it that way, at NO RISK to me. He must make it work or I am NOT interested. He agreed, and in the Service Agreement, it says, at NO RISK to me, However, he has yet to perform.
I take care of my 87 year old Mom, who now has A.D., I have repeatedly, phone Campbell, sent e-mails, he does not respone. I asked him, If he can not make the Service Agreement, please just return my funds to me, I could really use them.
I have followed his intructions, I wired the funds, and have ALL the docs in my file, showing he has my money. I have waited a very long time, and have not gotten any funds.
I think he just thinks, I will GO AWAY, because I am a woman. If someone, somewhere could just help me.
I understand he has done the same to another person, but for only $5,000.00 but you know, it's not the amount, it's the fact that this guy is getting away with taking peoples HARD earned money and NOT doing what he says he is going to do. He sends out e-mails, and gets people to give him funds. Please can we stop this from happening, please can you help me.?
