I round my car payments up and am on the final months of my Mitsu. Payments. Recently, I was sent new billing statements and tried to set my account to pay direct online. I had a payment due and arranged for it's due date. Through the grace period, I noted that although it stated "processed" through the online banking statement; the money never came out of the account. When I inquired on this, my bank stated that the payment was rejected (there was no electronic set up so it was sent by mail) After this investigation, I caontact Mitsu to go over it and explain that the payment will hit after the grace period. Mitsu then called three times a day looking for me and my payment from there forward. Let I explain that at this pint, I was STILL in the grace period. I also had an overpayment to them, so an entire payment was not even due and I CALLED THEM to discuss it because I was trying to be upfront and address it and keep them in the loop. I have asked numerous times to stop calling and they say they can do whatever they want if I owe them money. I am now officially 14 days late, including the grace period, and receiving these poor serviced calls. Nobody will verify the payment address that the money should go to and I have been given several different ones. Could this be why they do not have it??? I was told to F*K OFF, hung up on, told they can call me as much as they want to if I owe them money, and told I was lucky to be given a loan so I should start paying up. For someone who is not even two weeks behind because of a billling address/bank issue, this is uncalled for-PERIOD And why can one not give me a correct address and why do they keep changing the address to make my payments??? And why can't anyone help me resolve this. I call and try to get someone and they just repeat the same coulpe of English sentences over and over.
I am at wits end by the attitude, lack of service, lack of knowledge by the staff. I have YET TO BE ASSISTED AND WORKED WITH and have gone out of my way, wassting my time to work with them to resolve this!!!
