I purchased my home on February 28th of 2006 and I fell behind a payment, but was making extra payments on top of my other house payments to get it caught up. I tried to get my home refinanced and they called me to let me know that I was in foreclosure. Then they started mailing my payments back to me.
They auctioned my home off on June 25th of 2007 and gave me the option to send them money on the 15 of June and then on the first of July. I am human and am entitled to make a mistake or to go into insulin shock and not to be able to mail the payment in. I am raising my kids by myself and have been treated like I never can do any good. I am trying to get help with problem, because I am a diabetic. People are human and they are not a computer that can do what other people (companies) want them to do when they want it done, I wish GMAC did not sell out to these crooks, because the GMAC I bought my first home through would still be working with me.
