August 11 my nightmare about 3 years ago i received a letter from gmac mortgage co saying i am behind 2 months and they needed 3 months to stop forclosure i had proff from my bank that they did cash the checks and they said ok it was there error, now on july i recevied 2 checks sent back for june and july and now they are saying i owe feb, march, april, may and they are forclosing my house and for me to call there lawyer they tap on almost 4000,00 in fees i again called them and got no where i called a place from hemap they are fighting for me but i called my bank they told me that gmac did cash my checks but they did it electronic and didnt send the paper check to the bank but i have my bank statements to prove that gmac received my payments and gmac says they didnt i need a lawyer to sue them bacause now i am selling my house so i dont lose anymore money i lived here 13 teen years and this gmac ever since they bought my other mortgage out they have been messing up my credit saying i missed payments or i am late and they want 5000.00 to re-enstate my account i just cant take it no more this company if stealing my money that i work hard for to keep a good home over my head and my family can someone help me
