Weekend Payment Due Dates followed by snotty customer service and an I don't care attitude, then the fee slam

I have had a chase mastercard for nearly fifteen years and have never been late on a payment.in June they sent me a statement with the due date on a Saturday in July. I pay off my account every month using online banking. The bank sent the payment electronically and Chase posted it to my account on Monday and assessed a $39.00 late fee. I looked at my account online and saw the payment was posted on Monday and called to see if I could be given a credit because I had never been late in fifteen years. The snotty customer service agent said there was no way to credit the charge. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me she was a manager. I asked to speak to a different manager and she told me no, they wouldn't do anything for me either. I said fine close my account.
I called my bank and asked about the payment and they informed me that even though I requested the payment be sent, that Saturday was not considered a business day and that most credit card companies that have a due date on a weekend would post the payment on Monday and not charge the fees. I explained to the rep the rude service I was given and the rep suggested I call back and get a manager.
I called Chase back and asked for a manager. I was connected to a manager and explained the situation. He informed me that he couldn't help me because I closed my account. He said if I would of asked for a manager before closing my account he could have done something. I explained to him I did asked for a manager and the snotty rep would not let me speak to a manager. The manager agreed to reopen my account and to credit the $39.00 late fee after giving me a lesson on paying my bills on time. I explained to him that I had not had a problem in fifteen years until they made my due date on a Saturday. He told me to make my payments 7-10 days early to make sure they were posted.
My August statement showed up with a $27.17 finance charge. I again contacted Chase to see if this could be rectified. Another snotty customer service agent with an I don't care attitude informed me that there was no way for this to be credited. I requested the first manager I had spoken to and was informed there was no way to contact him because their call center had 1800 employees. I requested another manager and again explained the situation. After another lesson in paying my bills on time she said she would credit my account. I received a copy of the cardmember agreement in the mail explaining late fees and finance charges.
I thought the situation had been taken care of, but I was looking online at my account and noticed they charged me another finance charge of $34.19. Again, I called Chase and asked what this was for since I paid off my statement by the due date. The customer service rep informed me that they went back to the previous month and gave me a finance charge on that month because I was late. I went through the whole explanation again and with a snotty attitude he informed me that my account had been noted and they were not crediting me anymore. I asked him to close my account and he said fine.
I have A1 credit and have never been treated so bad. I receive 5-7 offers from Chase each week in the mail because of my credit rating. The customer service is awful and I will never do business with them again. I am thankful that I don't carry a balance and can close my account.By the time they finish hammering you with fees do to their convenient due dates, there won't be anything left.
