I too am a victim of cashcall. They are your best friend when you get set up for the loan. But recently i had to close my checking account due to fraudulent activity. My payments were 254.03 for a $5000 loan. Well i had not yet updated my account information and i was 3 days late for my payment and i called them to relay my account information to them and the woman i talked to started yelling at me and told me word for word "I will make my payment this week".
Needless to say this woman was ruthless and i asked her if this is what she called customer service and that i was very angry at how she treated me and she says "Its not personal just business". I wish that someone out there would shut these people down!!!
