To everyone subjected to cash call's harrassment; I was behind on payments, I worked like crazy to catch them up. I made arrangements with them for payment to avoid court. I made FIVE payments over a two month period to catch up because they said I could avoid court if I caught up, THEY LIED. They sued me anyhow, then they had the audacity to continue to call and tell me not to show up fro court, that I didn't have to go. Don't believe them, I kept checking back with my local court calendar and they had not dropped the case.in the mean time I kept moneygramming payments every payday and they kept accepting them, and they kept calling and yelling at me and calling me names. My court day came and I collected all my receipts and I went. Cashcall was a no show, since I was there, the judge ruled in my favor "with prejudice", meaning cashcall can NEVER sue me again, even if I never made another payment. That is what the judge told me. There was another defendant that did not show, so the court dropped the case BUT without prejudice which leaves the door open for cashcall to sue them again. So if you are served go to court no matter what you think or are afraid might happen, because there is a good chance that Cashcall may not show, apparently they are frequent no shows, and I am only 300 miles away from their home office, besides they have contracted reps in every county to go to court if needed. How stupid are they?
