Ripoff Did not complete my taxes and does not return calls and he has kept my tax information

Bill Bartels has all of my tax information and has not returned my calls nor my w2's. As of August I still have not been able to find if he filed for me or not. Because of his unprofessionalism I am unable to buy a house and also cannot continue school because I cannot get a student loan without this information.
