I am a current student that changed school now ECMC said that I am in default but the loan company has me on a deferment until 2017. This company calls me repeatly daily wanting to know when I will pay my bill and than send me back to the loan company and they tell me i am in deferrment and they have sent repeat notices to ECMC tell them that. Yesterday my mother and sister got letters telling them that they cant find me even though I have lived at the same address for over 3 years and gave a number for them to call which is the default office. Now m family thinks I am not paying my bill and not in school since that is what a rep told them from ECMC. MY mother has kidney failure and dying and she has to go throught this. I am hoping to find a attorney that will file a lawsuit against them for sending out false information on me.
