I agreed to American Financial offer for $200.00 from my checking account for a credit card with a $2000 limit and 1000.00 cash advance. Never receive it, I called numerous times and was lied to with statements "it's on it's way, our supplier has been backlog, you can go to our website and still order"
The website never works. After 6 weeks of this nonsense I filed a request with my bank that the funds were fraudently remove. I was refunded within 24 hours from my bank the whole $200.00. Don't bother calling American Financial they will just keep lying to you. Go to your bank. Tell them you did not authorized this ACH. It's been six month and I still haven't receive a credit card from American Financial. Obviously it was their intent to defruad me.
I exercised my CONSUMER RIGHTS and got MY MONEY BACK from those CROOKS. I would love for them to try to take me to court.
