American Financial is a credit card company. I signed up for a card but I agreed to have funds come out of my account on 8/19/07 not on 7/19/07. They say that they have a recording that said I agreed to 7/19/07. I wouldn't have agree to this because I was on a two week shut down with my job. Didn't receive a check for two weeks.
I try to talk to these people several times. Getting no where. Sent information along with copy of my bank statement, nature of dispute, and my signature. Refuse to refund my money back. All information was sent to their Department of Consumer Disputes.
