I would like to say that I was also a victim. I have read every single report, that is exactlly what happen to me.
I suggest cancel the capital fin. Credit card first, because you will continue to bill $30 (out your acct.) every month just because the card is not been used. Call your financial institution (bank) request a stop payment or even if it's gone through request your bank to get your money back some banks charge $25 but maybe if you tell them what happen to you they could waive the fees.
I reported the fraud to my bank 7/18/06 that afternoon.By the next buisness morning my funds were posted. I promise your bank will help. I hope this will help you.
I fail to mention capt. Fin. Has changed their company name to american financial. I was told when I called to tell them that their web site was not listed, that it only list fraud complains.
