Is a ripoff, rude customer service

Applied for a loan and never notified...

I do not like Bank of NH. Their customer service is the worst I have ever seen anywhere. They give no greeting, act mad when you make an extra request and throw your deposit slip at you. When you say, have a nice day, which they should first, they don't even say anything back. Not even a smile.

I have experienced this with all of their tellers accept for one so I try to get in her lane. I have called the Manager of the bank and she said "I'm sorry but nobody here acts like that" and I replied, "Lady, I'm telling you what they did to me." I ended up talking to another employee of them outside of their work place and she told me that one lady in particular used to work for a bank that only dealt with people who had lots of money so her snotty attitude probably carried over.

I don't care where she worked, that is no excuse and is totally unexceptable no matter where she works. Also I have applied for a personal loan and it has been almost a month now and I have heard no reponse at all. No phone call, no letter, nothing. I have made transactions at the bank since and knowing that I've applied, they need to let me know what's going on. It's now all my responsibility. It's not worth opening an account there. I will be closing mine. I can't take feeling so unappreciated anymore.
