I went to get my rent money out of the bank and didnt have enough due to $30.00 "adjustment" being made. I called my bank to find out that the funds had been taken out of my bank. Not knowing what this was I called my bank and they gave me the information to this company. I called and it stated that this was their "corporate office". I was placed on hold and finally spoke to a "rep", who tried to get my phone number, "which I did not give" so that she could access my account. After pulling up this so called "account" by pulling up my name, she tried to get me to get a loan. After telling this lady that I had not applied and do not want or need a loan, she tried to get me to get a loan giving some spill about what services they offer. I was then placed on "forever hold" and the call was disconnected on their end. I am livid as of this point... Calling my bank to get them to fix this. I cannot believe there are people out there that do this. I am a single mother with no intent on getting an online loan. There are places here in this town that I can go to if I want to go that route. I have been a victim of identity fraud before and had enough sense to know what not to do and say. These people need to burn in hell for what they try to do to the American People who work hard for their money!!!
