This notice is just a criticism concerning the SST/Providian bank card. I've never handled this kind of ridiculous, rude customer support division in most my credit rating! After I told them I had been paying down and shutting the account, I had been informed the total amount about the declaration wasn't the total amount due—I'd need to spend an additional $113 in fund costs to shut the account! Exactly what the heck is that this? Every additional charge card I've actually reduced excepts the total amount found about the declaration, and provides me a $0 stability. Not SST! While my account was 2 times overdue (since I had been awaiting the resources I had been likely to utilize to repay the consideration), I had been bothered by telephone. After I told them I had been likely to pay-off the total amount in 3 times, the telephone calls extended (as much as five times each day). Are not there regulations against such nuisance?
