Wrong Verizon Account collections

I received a letter from Afni today regarding a verizon phone number I never owned. It's not even in a state I ever lived. The bill is in my maiden name and was sent to the address where I've lived only as my married name. Who do I call? Or where do I write? I've been reading the rip off reports about Afni and would like to know if anyone has had anything resolved.
