They tell you pay x amount of money for pay off amount. Rep decided to tell me, oh you still owe $8200. I told them it was a rip off from day one and to come get this shabby mobilehome. Would not recommend to a dog, for a doghouse. Never again, would rather be homeless. Do not be taken in by the charm and pizazz they use on you. Tell them no. They at one time told me i was gonna be in the foreclosed dilema. Just for being 2 weeks late. Told them just recently, come get it do me a favor. No response yet. Consumer beware
