Services took a 49.95 payment out of my checking account without my consent

I was looking online for a credit card i could get without having to pay a security deposit. I found the easy private card site and was entering my information and when it came to the part about the payment i closed the website out. I was not paying for a credit card, i did not consent to paying for the credit card.
