Quick card services - ever Private fraudulently took money out of my sons checking acct., applied for a credit card and only got ripped off ripoff United States

I was online 03/14 appling for a credit card never did the application say we are going to charge me but 4.95 if I was approved as a processing fee I was turned down for the credit card, two days later my son was looking at our checking acct. Online he saw a deduction said check the check no. Didnt coinside with our no. The check said electronic check 9999, fo 49.95 made out to ever private quickcard services.

There was a phone no. On the check so I called it just get a voicemail that says go to wwwquickcardservices.com and you can get any answers you need. I go to the site and I can't make heads or tales of it let alone any answers as to who took my money or why! Please help me! The card I was applying for was an Imagine Credit Card and i was declined for it. But I have no Idea who (quickcardservices), is
