Ever Private made an unauthorized withdrawel of $49.95 from my checking account. I notified my bank and they said they could not help me, I need to file a police report and so I called them back and told them that they let this charge go through and that according to the Banking and Commission Code that they were resposible for allowing this to happen. They told me I need to call the USCC and let them launch an investigation.
