A company by the name of USA Credit has attempted to debit $149.95 out of my bank account, not a checking account, a savings account. I have NO idea where this company has gotten my information, and why my bank would have allowed the debit attempts, even after I requested a "stop payment." My bank has reported to me that they "cannot provide any information on this company, " and "... That the company will continue to debit my account."
When doing an internet search for this card, I found it on card offers. This credit card's claims on this site that there is no APR/no fee, yet when you click on Terms/Conditions, you are given a break-down for the $149.95 enrollment fee.
I have never applied for this card, and would never consent to giving out my banking information to a credit card that has reported itself to be a "retail only" credit card.
The absurd part is that my bank cannot provide any information to me on a company debiting money out of my account.
I would like to have these charges reversed as well as take some action against a company who obviously has very little privacy/information security.
