They purposely report wrong, negative information on credit reports

I have beeen trying for the last few years to repair my credit, even after paying all my bills on time my score still suffers. The CRA's dont seem to care or be willing to assist in fixing the problems. They keep reporting outdated info so my short positive payment history is over shadowed by the old outdated info. Im frustrated.
