Removed 59.95 from my checking when I applied for a payday loan only ripoff

I had applied for pay day loan but before I could an offer would come up so I bypassed it so I thought
But after all was said and done a company remover 54.95 from my checking account

I called and was told I had to do 3 requests and to this day still have no refund
