Bank of America bought MBNA several years ago. I closed my credit card account with MBNA 10 years ago. NOW BofA is trying to get me to pay over 7k to then. I have asked over and over for proof of my debt. I receive nothing. Was reported on my credit report and now i have a big mess!
I have called and emailed Mr. Kenneth Lewis many times about this concern. He NEVER answers my email or calls. He is a bad CEO... GET RID of Kenneth Lewis and maybe B of A will be a better bank to do business with??
