My problem stated Jan. When Gmac sent us a letter stating we missied a payment in june. We proved we didnt missed payment then they said it was from may we proved yet again we didnt missed this payment.
Our lawyer went to court with 1800.00. The judge order gmac to accept this payment and evey payment after this and to refund our late fees. You want to know what happen they returned this payment to us and every payment since now we are behind. Stating they want us to do loss mitigation. Dont know what this is and gmac will not explain.
So one again our lawyer call gmac and they will not returned his phone calls. So this leaves us in a hard place because now no one will finance us. They are ruined us. If someone can help us I would like this.
