GMAC Mortgage
GMAC refused payment and tried to foreclose

I was late on my mortgage payment by 2 months and did mail it in however GMAC refused to accept the payment and then proceeded with foreclosure on my house. No one from GMAC would even talk to me and I was referred to their attorney. Unbelievable! They get bailout money from us and they have nerve to be such assholes without even giving consumer the chance to save their own homes.
