Won't offer mailing address

I'm trying to function a bankruptcy notice with this organization to get a bankruptcy customer, but have now been not able to obtain a mailing address. I'm getting the same issue with another web bank, payday loans-yes who really declined about the telephone to supply the handle.

Any ideas regarding how I would understand this info?
