Ripoff Debt not only past statues but was included in BK7 they still refuse to remove after several written requests

This is unbelievable, they will not remove it. I have copies that I have sent, faxed etc, how many times do you have to dispute something? I filed BK7 and still disputed it and they will not change it to BK status either, it has been two years since I filed and they will still not take it off. It is Past statues. The date of service is not the same either.
