Island National Group - Fingerhut - Axsys National Bank
Ripoff fraudulent debt collection attempt ruin credit ratingsince 1999 and now reapplied false claim as of 2006 Syosset Hauppauge Long Island

I have never ordered from Finger Hut, nor received any items from Fingerhut.

This ISland National Group claims that I have owed this debt since 1999 (which I knew nothing about) and now has readded it to my credit report as of 2006 rendering the potentially negative effect for another 7 years.
This is bogus. How can Fingerhut and Island National Group, LLC continue to get away w/these bullying tactics?

If I owed the debt, I would pay it. I do not.
I found out about the debt because I have recently joined a credit mnonitoring group and found this absurd information on it!

I diputed the Finger Hut and the Island National. Fingerhut has come clean and deleted the report, but Island National only entered a "reviewed" result. Basically used my report as ammunition to continue this falsification.

Has anyone had any luck sending a copy to the Attorney Generaland the Better Business Bureau?
