Leased from this company in 2002. Machine broke, so I returned it in July. Purchased a new machine at that time but was forced to continue paying on 48 month lease. Upon lease completion, company continued taking monthly payments from checking account. I was forced to close checking account to stop this automatic debit.
I sent this company my machine and a cancellation letter in order to cancel my lease. I had to return the machine that I purchased because they had lost the leased machine I returned in 2004.
I am still being billed accrued monthly lease charges and the total is now over $600 and they are threatening collection action.
