I didn't understand what they where saying. I thought it was $60.00 fee for $200.00 under 30 days. Alot but, It was an emergency.
Now I have to fax them a letter that states I will not bring or participate in a class actions: And that I agree to injunctive relief to stop such lawsuit or to remove you as a participate in the suit.
Someone is covering up the fact that no matter how you word it, chargeing anyone $180.00 (for a loan that is only $200.00) for 35days might be illegal.
Please read the small print as some of these payday loans are out for one thing, To loan you $200.00 and collect $60.00 a month as long as they possibly can in "so-called" extention fees that you don't request.
