Horrible from day one! Sales person set up wrong plans and didn't correct. They also had 4 account numbers for us and sent them to 3 different credit collection agencies.
Bill has been paid for over a year and still reporting as of today. No one at cingular can get the info to the 3 credit reporting agencies so it is counting on my credit report. I have called all the companies involved for months and still cingular cant get it right why can't they mail a letter stating this is paid? Why not correct this problem?
