Jacked up interest and illegal collection

Three parts:
First, read the small print. Chase can raise your interest rates and fees on a whim.

Second:
Their representatives offered reduced interest and penalties on the phone in order to secure payments, then did not follow through with the agreed upon terms.

Third:
They have engaged in illegal collection practices, harrassing my landlords, calling four times in one, in order to contact me.
