Is a consumer fraud ripoff business from hell. Tampa, Florida

They sent me a garuanteed exceptence certificate that I was approved for a $5000 credit card if I sent them $49. I received the card and it only works for there magazine or web site. But I can't even get into the members site. Says my number is wrong. And I can't get anyone to return my calls. Nothing was said about internet and catalog use only. PatriciaNewark, Ohio
