Peoples First Credit ripoff

I recieved a certificate from Peoples First Credit telling me that I was approved for a $5000.00 credit line. All I had to do was sign, and mail in $49 for RUSH delivery of the card. What made me suspicious was that there was no phone number to call for information, or no website to visit. I'm so glad I visited here first. Saved me a lot of trouble. SandiFlint, Michigan
