Ripoff consumer rip-off fraud

I had recieived a letter in the mail stating that i was approved for a peoples credit first platinum card with a limit of 5000 dollars. I had paid the money over the phone and then i had received the nice catalog and i was going to order on the internet by using there address and then i had found out it was a fraud.
