Is a consumer ripoff fraud. Tampa, Florida

I thought I was applying for a credit card...

I sent Peoples Credit First $45.00 thinking that I would receive a guaranteed credit card. I received a catalog and a $5000.00 credit limit, this is not what I was expecting. I have no need for a catalog full of things that I do not need or would use. I would like to have a full refund.
