Ripoff / blammed me for there mistake!

This company is so bad... I can honestly say none of them know what they are doing..
I had called and set up a payment for for march 17th this payment was for feb. I had missed hours at work, and a lot going on. And let me just say it cleared the bank. On that same day I set up for the first payment, I also set one up for march 25th for march payment. I had some pretty messed up things happening. My windows got busted, work. Etc. So I called a couple days before the transaction was to go through, and spoke with a lady. I had told her I had a payment set up for the 25th, and I had made an error on my pay dates, and explained everything to her, she said no problem, I can change the date, she set it up for march 31st..

I was still having trouble, so I thought I would call and see if they could help. I called around 9:30 in the morning on march 31st, same day my check was to go through. Anyways I spoke with shawntell, she was so nice. I gave her all my info, and she says okay I see your calling about your endeavor, and oh I see you have a payment set up for today, I told her yeah I need some help and dont know what to do, I asked if I qualified for a deferment. She put me on hold for about 3 min, came back and said yes. I told her can she cancel the payment that was supposed to come out the same day, she then put me on hold this time about 5 min, came back and said theres no way to cancel it, because it was the same day, she said there computer woildnt even let her.

Si I told her it was going to bounce, she said well im doin the deferment. I asked if If I could put a stop payment with my bank, she said they do it like a check, but I should go to my bank and tell them. So, she processed the paper work, for march and set up a payment for april 17th my next car paymet. She provided a confirmation nimber for april, and told me she would send me the paper to sign and to fax it back, she gave me the fax number. I went to my bank the same day, explained what happened, they told me the only way to put a stop payment was to sign for no payments to go through. This was only only fro electronic transfers. What centrix does.

I told them that I only wanted it for the one payment I had defered, I had to sign, and was told when I need to pay them to go back and have it lifted. As I did. I wentton with my life thinking everything was ok. On april 18th (mon) I get a call at 8:20 am, from a rude girl named lauren, she I guess is the review dept for the deferments. She starts telling me that I went to my bank and signed for the draft to not go through, I said yes I did, and she said well, Im denying your deferment you owe over $1000.00 how do you want to pay. She was so rude talking down to me, yelling not letting me speek.

I was so confused. I tried to explain that I had a payment set up and couldnt do it, so shantell, did the deferement, but couldnt cancel the payment that was pending, she told me I was lying and that they needed that paymet to defer, and thats what shantel was doing iasked if I could speek to shantel because she advised me to cancel that payment and she was aware I needed to defer march not april. And I know that because she set me up for an april payment and gave a confirmation #. This stupid girl, told me I was lying, but clearly I wasnt, I had the deferment paper, I had a payment set up. Anyways she told me they were going to tske my car. I was transfered to ben in repo. It should have never goth that far..

I told him and its almost like he knew there was a mess up and didnt want to talk about it, and kept telling me lets move forward. I did everythibg I was told to do. Anyways, I spoke to jeff a supervisor, I explained to him, and say why am i being treated like I did something wrong, he expalained that shantell didnt process the papers in the machine and they dont know what she did, she also didnt right any notes about me trying to cancel the payment and defer march. So I get told im a liar and that everything I said never happened. It has been taken care of thanks to jeff and ben. As for that B! Tch lauren, she should have went to shantell and asked what happened, before calling me and blamming me.

She should have realized that I was setting the deferment up fpr march not april. Because I had set up april with a confirmation number, so why would I need a deferment it I was supposed to pay march and april. Stupid chick. If she would have looked and really though thad she could have figured it out. She told me she was denying me. Well Im so happy to say Im glad there are people that know how to do there jobs and if they were all as stupid as lauren. Uh it would be hell. As for shantell, I dont blame her, I think she did have everything processed. She sent me the paper. It was an error and I got put down. I think centrix needs to train there employees a little better, and the stupid ones need to go back to school! If you are requesting a deferment make sure thay do the right month always get names and extentions and conf numbers of the next paymet made. Like I did for april but i was a liar. Huh..
