Collection agents named AMY and Oliver have called me every day about a Verizon Bill that isn't mine. I turned them over to the attorney generals office in N.C. The Verizon bill is being investigated by a District Manager, but when I try to explain this to them they yell and scream at me and make verbal threats. Oliver assked me" Why don't I just pay the *&*& bill?". They are violating the law by calling my house number, because it is listed on the Do Not Call Registry.
