Hired company to handle customer service calls for us. Took them forever to establish our toll-free number for us. They claimed to have all of this experience but then told us that this was a new scenario for them and none of their clients have done it this way.
And they send daily statistical reports for the previous days calls. When questioning some of the numbers on the reports they offer some bogus explanation, blaming it on new agents, or we didn't give them adequate time to train, a never ending list. Each time a different person would give the explanation, it's as if they lost creativity and would give another person a try. Weeks later we received a report that had their number skewing mechanism on a seperate tab of the report. Proving their crookedness.
On top of that we received calls from our customers directly complaining of the poor handling of calls, profane language heard in the background of the call, just an overall lack of professionalism.
When trying to cancel the services, we went through the same disaster as the setup. Suggesting that we are rare and need to cancel ourselves and then continued billing beyond or agreed upon cancellation date.
Maybe just a fluke, but I'll never do business with them again.
