Our monthly payment is due on the 23rd of each month. I was told previously that payment was not pass due until the 8th. Our mortage was bought out, as with happens with a lot now days, however, I called to let them know that we could not send payment until after the 3rd of each month. That's when I was told it would be alright.
However, now I keep getting late charges, even though I'm sending it in, in time. I've even had to postoffice let us know when delivery was made. But, this still didn't help.
What they are doing is waiting for the check to clear before posting the payment, thus you have a late charge. Get my drift! Please tell me who to contact to report this matter. There's not too much help online to find where official report is to be given. OK!
