I recently paid off my retail account in full, the payment date was the 11th of the month my bank made the deposit to the wells fargo account on the 12th, wells fargo excepted this payment on the 16th of the month, when I called them up about this payment and to find out if I had a balance left which I should not have they told me yes for 35.00 when I ask why they said it was for a late charge, I told them that my bank made the payment on the 12th and they told me that they took it out on the 16th which made it late. To me they should not have charged a late payment at all if I did not check this out this would have just accumulated. I will not be doing any. Business with this company again.
